BrucePac recollects 10M kilos of meat offered at Walmart, HEB and extra

Meat producer BrucePac has recalled almost 10 million kilos of its merchandise this week after discovering a listeria outbreak.

In line with the Meals Security and Inspection Service (FSIS) discover, roughly 9,986,245 kilos of product are topic to the recall after routine testing discovered proof of Listeria monocytogenes on BrucePac ready-to-eat poultry. The presence of L. monocytogenes may cause a listeriosis an infection if adulterated meals are consumed.
