Maharashtra Assembly Elections and Results

Maharashtra assembly elections will be held on November 20. Voting will be held on 288 seats in the state on this day. The election campaign phase for this came late evening on Monday (18 November 2024). Banks and schools also closed in Maharashtra on the day of voting. Counting of votes for Maharashtra Assembly elections will take place on November 23 and the results will also be declared on the same day.

There will be no trading in Equity, Equity Derivatives and SLB classifications on BSE and NSE. Trading in C derivatives segment will also remain closed. Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) and National Commodity Exchange (NCDEX) will remain closed between 9 am to 5 pm.
